Each employee will be required to obtain a TWICC CARD, as well as any other IDS needed to work in and or around oils rigs, maritime facilities gas and electrical spaces, under water and sky rise. Certified on and in all areas of welding and FITTING . STRUCTURAL FROM guard rails, major structural beams and 1" and greater plate. Knowledgeable and proficient with engineering and maneuvering through auto cads newest software. And able to effectively build from ANY PRINT
Paint certified thru Sherman Williams, and proficient in electroplating, and powder coating... Understand and can make tool adjustments and changes on 5 AXIS VTLS and Multi tools mills... finishing and polishing is a requirement as well... learn the grade from heavy to soft wheel and WHAT type of applicant is best for different materials When finishing and polishing.
..EVERYONE HAS TO HAVE DLs.
Once hired on if tools are needed each employee will be matched once a month on any dollar amount spent on tools at no extra cost to them.
Certified in refining precious metals,
As the shop grows not one fabricator will ever say they dont know how to utilize any machine or fabrication technique needed and used to complete any and all forms of building...
Use of English wheels ,rollers and brakes will be another guarantee my guys will know how...

Important Certification Requirements for Structural Welding

TO laying out new cad prints building a one off custom front end for a bike build, the ins and outs to keep bike square and road worthy tigging the welds clean and blending any and all blemishes smooth and high finish. The tallent expected at A.S.A is on a new level i have never seen across the entire as a whole in the 21 years I been doing this. But its possible and manageable with the fabricators already in mind the goals and visions of where we can and will be will finally include the whole as one... we will be apart and out front as the 3 year goals approach.
